Alhas Hotel Bursa

All staff are nice especially Makin.andgoodvalu for money plus convenient location with parking and mosque very close.

the staff was very good , the TV / satalit was covering more channels , internet service was good

the rooms was very small

Near metro station (approx. 10 min). Price was do-able.

Only single bright light available in the bed room. An additional lamp was very desirable so that one person can still sleep when the other does not want to sleep already,

The rooms are nice and comfortable, the bathroom big enough. Breakfast is ok, although the coffee could be much better.

The staff is professional but not really warm.

We had trouble finding the Bursa Alhas hotel and felt the staff were not particularly friendly. There are also few restaurants nearby, except for kebab vendors.

Liked enclosed in payment of the number varied morning meal. The Friendly personnel.

The Absence of the refrigerator. In Russia in similar hotel refrigerators there are. Flowed under the shower room a booth. Uncomfortably furniture is placed. Porozhek in bass room is not repaired.

internet was very fast, family rooms are big

i stayed in familyroom 4persond but the aircondition was broken then they moved us to 3person room and they charge us the same price as 4 person, after that the aircondition is not cold so we were weating all night we ask to move to other room, we couldn't because they have other 4 broken airconditions, they promised me that they will put us back in 4 person room once they fix the aircondition later that day we say them putting new customer in that 4p room with broken aircondition, hotel staff didn't speak english not even understand anything you said it was big problem i did check out and moved to other hotel wich was paradise compare to this.breakfast was not good

I liked location only.

Hotel is not new and breakfast is very poor .Also,the rooms are too small.In fact,i advise people to travel to thailand is better.

Location is good, however, AC not working properly, room very tide, no refergirator in the room. Only one of the staff can speak good English.

The breakfast was very very poor and the room has not fridge nor enough lights the toilet was there no hanger for the shower so we had to hold it during the shower .The corridor was dark no lights!!

One employee who spoke Ok English; even though most residents are not Turkish, the staff is poorely trained to deal with non-turkish speaking residents.

the breakfast area; rooms have poor locks; no place to deposit valuable items; available TV stations not suitable for children; etc, etc....
